30-Day Easy Returns

If your purchase is not what you hoped for, we make returning it simple.

Return Guidelines

You can send items back within 30 days from the date they arrive. The products must be unused and be in their original state with all original packaging and materials. Our support team is here to guide you through the return process steps.

Return Costs

Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order comes damaged, defective, or not the same, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong product, size issues, or simply a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.

How to Start a Return

Reach Out: Email us at info@luurala.com with your order number and a reason of why you are returning the item.

Prepare Your Package: Pack the product in the original packaging, including any tags that came with it.

Ship the Item Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorisation email and drop off your package with the designated shipping carrier.

Refund Timeline

Review: After your returned item reaches us, we will check to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Refund: After approval, we will issue your refund. Most refunds appear in your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you are prefer a different colour, size, or product, we are happy to help. Contact us and we will arrange an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on their product pages.
